Let’s take a step back in an attempt to maximize your return and align your goals. If you are spending your day at work listening to earnings calls and reading analyst reports (and you are not a financial advisor), you are not maximizing your return. Focus on impressing your boss, putting in the hours, learning the job and networking in your industry.
